Since all the medical courses that our students will learn throughout their education life will base on cell basic knowledge, it is our most important goal to educate students equipped with good and adequate cell knowledge. Our department aims to be recognized for its strong scientific studies nationally and internationally. It oversees joint project and equipment sharing with other departments within our faculty,other faculties of our university and the Departments of Medical Biology in the province adjacent to Zonguldak.

Adherence to scientific, scientific and academic ethical principles,researc,innovation and sharing are our core values.Contributing to the development of science and medicine through successful multidiciplinary research is also among our objectives.
